Before you ask.
Do I have to change my pharmacy management system?
No. Raichel works inside the system you already use. Ask us whether yours is supported yet; if it isn’t, we’ll put you on the list for it.
Who checks Raichel’s work?
Your pharmacist. Nothing she prepares is dispensed until your pharmacist checks it, and she makes no clinical decisions.
What happens to my patient data?
It stays in your pharmacy. Raichel processes PHI locally on your workstation, and nothing PHI-bearing is sent to us. See our privacy policy and subprocessors.
What do I sign?
Our Master Services Agreement, a business associate agreement and an order form, all before installation. Use of the site is covered by our terms of service.
